Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You'll be able to follow your order's progress on the Track Order page from confirmation to delivery.
Digital game codes are delivered by email to the address used at checkout — no shipping wait, no shipping fee. Codes for already-released titles arrive within 24 hours of your order; pre-order codes arrive on launch day.
Physical pre-orders (like GTA VI) ship so they arrive on release day. We time dispatch around the official launch date, and launch-day delivery is our commitment — if a courier delay is ever out of our hands, we'll keep you updated proactively.
We currently ship domestically. For international delivery, please contact us with your address and order details, and we'll arrange a shipping quote for you.
Drops, restocks and GTA VI launch alerts — straight to your inbox. No spam, ever.
